» Rolls :: Alloy Chilled Cast Iron rolls with grooved teeth with hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling.

» Stand Frame & Apron (Cap): Heavy Duty Steel Casting / Steel Fabricated.

» Journal Bearing Housing: Steel Casting Housing fitted with Anti Friction Roller Bearings.

» Lubrication: :Manual / Motorized Grease pump for lubrication of Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.

» Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit : NIP adjustment at two roller ends is done manually using two separate screws attached to the bearing housing body.

» Roll Cooling: Universal Rotary joints with inner Spray pipes with Hoses and Headers.

» Base frame: Common base frame, heavy duty Steel fabricated of Double Channel and MS plate accurately machined for fitment of auxiliary equipment.

» Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit : With Hydraulic Cylinder and Hydraulic power Pack unit which tilts the mixing chamber for the discharging the mixture which provides TROUBLE FREE WORKING of the machine. As there is NO Wear & Tear of the gears like in the machines where Worm gear System is used for tilting chamber OR Breakage of the screw and nuts like in the machines where screw and nut system is used for tilting chamber.

Uttam Make Vulcanizers are horizontal, circular vessels for curing of rubber articles. These are made in diameters ranging from 800mm to 2400mm and the length 1 meter to 12 meters depending upon the requirement of the users.


PRESSURE RATING : Uttam Vulcanisers are normally designed and built for a working steam pressure of 5 Kg/cm² and are tested hydraulically before despatch for a pressure of 7.5 Kg/cm²

DIRECT/INDIRECT HEATING : For direct steam curing single wall vulcanisers are standard supply, however for indirect curing coil-in-chamber type Vulcanisers can be supplied with cyclonic-fan motor for even temp. in vessel

TYPES OF DOOR : Either swing-bolt type doors with mono-rail type retracting mechanism, sealed against leakage by asbestos ropes or quick-lock type design as shown in picture.

TEMPERATURE INDICATION : Temperature indicator shall be provided.

FORCED AIR CIRCULATION : For hot air curing, forced air circulation fans can be attached on rear side of the vessel to ensure even temperature at all points in the Vulcaniser. These fans are with special water cooled seals.

STANDARD ACCESSORIES : Standard Vulcanisers are supplied with blank flanges for steam, inside batch trolly, bridge-stand, safety valves, Guages etc.
