Technical Specifications: 

Rolls: 16" x 42" Chilled alloy cast Iron rolls having surface hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating. 

Gearbox: Worm Gearbox of Elecon / Premium Greaves Direct coupled with Motor.

Stand Frames: Heavy Duty Mild Steel Fabricated and accurately machined finished for fitment of auxiliary equipment.

Caps: Mild Steel Soild Plate caps, machined finished. 

Bearing Housing: Heavy duty M.S. Steel Casting, machined finished and fitted with Anti Friction Roller Bearings.

Bull Gear: Heavy Duty Graded Cast Iron, machined finished with Helical Teeth hobbing cut.

Base Frame: Common base frame heavy duty, Steel Beams 250mm and MS plate fabricated accurately machined on which whole machine with Gearbox and motor are fitted.

Motor: 60 HP / 960 rpm motor of ABB / Crompton / Kirloskar / Bharat Bijlee make
