Technical Specifications:

Rolls: Alloy Chilled Cast Iron rolls having surface hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished polished, duly grinded and are followed for cooling or heating.

Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit : Through worm and worm gear drive rod with hand wheels to close the NIP from One point for parallel sheeting.

Roll Bearings: Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in sealed bearing housings which Saves power bills 20% ~ 25% compared to Bush type machines.

Stand Frames & Caps: Heavy duty Steel Casting / Steel Fabricated accurately machined for fitment of auxiliary equipment, confirms consistent accuracy and alignment.

Gearbox: Hardened ground Helical reduction gearbox of Elecon / Premium Transmission (Greaves) / Shanti make of suitable as per higher safety factor.

Base Frame: Common base frame heavy duty, Steel Beams and MS plate fabricated accurately machined on which whole machine with Gearbox and motor are fitted. No deep foundation required.

Electric Control Panel: Star Delta Electric operating panel with Voltmeter, Ampere meter Overload protection relay, 3 Phase Indicator and Emergency Stop Switch.
