“UTTAM” Make Heavy Duty Uni-Drive Rubber Mixing Mill with Anti Friction Bearings Size: 22" x 60"

Rolls: 22" x 60" Chilled alloy cast Iron rolls having surface hardness 510 ~ 550 BHN. The Rolls are mirror finished & polished, duly grinded and are hollowed for cooling or heating. 

Batch capacity: 90 kegs appx. per batch depending on Compound hardness.

Reduction Gearbox: Helical Reduction Gearbox of Elecon / Shanthi / Premium Transmission (Greaves) make Direct coupled with Rear Roll and Motor. Suitable for 120 HP/960 rpm Motor as per safety factor.

Roll Cooling: Universal Rotary joints with inner pipes with Hoses and Headers. Piping is complete up to supply pipe terminal. 

Roller-NIP Adjusting: Through worm and worm gear drive rod for parallel sheeting hand wheels to close the NIP from One point only.

Bearing Housing: Heavy duty M.S. Steel Casting, machined finished and fitted with Anti Friction Roller Bearings.

Stand Frame & Cap: Heavy duty Steel fabricated / Steel Casting and machined finished.

Base Frame: Heavy Duty Steel Girders & Plate Fabricated and Machined finished. 

Motor: 120 HP/960 rpm TEFC Sq. Cage motor IE2 of make ABB / CROMPTON / KIRLOSKAR reputed make.
